Hainan to complete 3 cross-Strait exchange programs in 2013
According to the Taiwan Affairs Office of Hainan province, the Hainan government is racing to build 3 cross-Strait exchange programs.
The 3 cross-strait exchange programs include the cross-strait national cultural tourist zone, the Chinese Academy of Social Science's Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Research Institute, and the Binglanggu Cross-Strait exchange center.
Amongst them, the cross-strait national cultural tourist zone will be built into a tourism attraction combining cross-Strait cultural exchange, tourism and health maintenance.
In addition, the Taiwan folk culture museum and Taiwan food & crafts museum at the Binglanggu cross-Strait exchange center are expected to open to the public by the end of the year.
