In order to explore the overseas tourism market and establish a good tourism image of Hainan as well as promote Hainan tourism products, a Russian media delegation came to visit Binglanggu Valley in Baoting County on May 26th.

On the day, the media delegation visited the intangible cultural heritage museum, the tattoo Museum and other sites, which gifted them a good introduction to the customs and culture of the Li People.

The media reported that the most notable traditional handicrafts such as the Li brocade and wonderful primitive ecological dance performances impressed them very much.

This year is designated the Sino-Russian Tourism Year. The Russian media will further explore Hainan’s cultural landscape to inform more Russian tourists about Sanya’s fantastic offerings, and entice them to spend their holidays on the international tourist island and feel the charm of the native cultures.
