The second phase project for Baoting’s Binglanggu Valley is under construction, and is an important part of the demonstration base for Taiwan-Hainan cross-straits exchange.

The phase 2 project covers a land area of 100 mu with a total investment of 30 million yuan. The project boasts a Taiwan folk culture hall of 320 square meters and a food and handicrafts hall of 220 square meters, which are expected to open their doors at the end of this year.

On May 30th, Binglanggu Valley was awarded the title of Cross-straits Exchange Center. Last year, the tourist attraction saw over one million tourist arrivals, amongst which the number of tourists from Taiwan exceeded 10,000.
