Shimei Bay Yacht Club consists of a yacht marina, a yacht club, a hotel and several other first-class service facilities.
    
On May 6th, 2013, construction of Shimei Bay Yacht Marina in Wanning city was completed and will start its trial operation in the middle of this month.
 
As an important part of the Shimei Bay tourist resort, the Shimei Bay Yacht Club project consists of a yacht marina, a yacht club, a hotel and several other first-class service facilities which include a 717-meter-long breakwater, a 477-meter-long seawall and 208 berths.
 
The yacht marina has a total berth length of 3,528 meters, and can accommodate the world’s largest yacht. The depth of the water is up to 5.8 meters, enough for the world famous Volvo Ocean Race.
