During the Qingming Festival, scenic areas in the south of Hainan welcomed large numbers of travelers.

Yanoda Rainforest Cultural Tourism Zone, located 35km from Sanya city, contains all the five famous rain forests in Hainan province and numerous waterfalls and hiking trails, allowing visitors to safely experience the thrills of jungle exploration.

It launched a series of attractive measures during the Qingming, and the number of tourists increased more than ten percent over the same period of last year.

Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone received 13,000 tourists on April 6, and more than 2,300 of them were from Hainan counties and cities, who took part in a variety of praying activities which were held in the scenic area.
