Qionghai issues pricing regulations on hotel room rates for 2013 BFA
The Qionghai government issued pricing regulations on hotel room rates for the 12th Annual Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) 2013 which will be held in Bo'ao Town of Qionghai city from April 6 to 8.
The pricing regulations on hotel room rates are applicable from April 5 to 8, and all tourism hotels are required to keep their pricing levels lower or on par with those of the 2012 BFA. Newly established hotels have to set hotel room rates based on their own conditions.
Hotels found violating the regulations will be fined between 100,000 and 1 million yuan, or even up to 5 million yuan. In the most serious cases, they will also be ordered to stop operation for corrections according to relevant punishment regulations.
