Hainan to send 5 teams to supervise tourism market during Spring Festival
In order to further regulate the tourism market, Hainan Municipal Tourism Authority plans to dispatch five supervision teams to conduct interviews in the tourism markets of all cities and counties ahead of the Spring Festival.
The supervision teams will focus on the operations of both large and private tourism operators including travel agencies, hotels and restaurants, and the service of tour guides.
During the days around the Spring Festival 8 supervision teams, each consisting of 2 to 3 people, will be dispatched to experience the 3-day Hainan tour, one-day Haikou tour, one-day Sanya tour and self-driving travel.
Seafood stalls, shopping sites, scenic spots and taxis are the focus of the inspection.
