Hainan World’s International Combat Center has officially settled at Yingbin Peninsula in Chengmai County recently, and is expected to be completed in 2015.

With a total investment of 990 million yuan, the project covers a planned construction area of over 300 mu. It will be built into a combat sports industrial base and industry chain combining sports culture tourism, entertainment, a gymnasium & spa center, a sports competition & performance center, a headquarters base of domestic & international sports organizations, a combat sports training base, a sports media production & dissemination center, sports exhibitions, a conference center, and hotels and apartments.

In addition, the center has been confirmed to be one national training base and competition center of taekwondo, karate and boxing by the General Administration of Sport of China.
