The "Aloha Cup" 2013 Tour of Hainan International Regatta will be held from March 20 to 31 for 12 days. The start and finish lines will be in Sanya and Haikou, with Wanning being the scheduled stopover city.

More than 10 international and domestic teams have been confirmed to take part, and the number of teams is expected to reach 40. The race consists of 3 groups including IRC1、IRC2、SOTO27.

Among them, the IRC 1 fleet will compete in a 470 nautical mile offshore race round Hainan Island starting from and ending in Sanya. The fleet will also participate in a 3 day inshore race in Sanya and a 1 day one in Haikou.

The IRC 2 fleet will compete in a series of short round island races from Sanya to Dongluo Island (1 day), Sanya to Wanning (1 day) and Wanning to Sanya (1 day). The fleet will also participate in a 3-day inshore race in Sanya and a 1-day race in Wanning.

The Soto 27 one-design fleet will only compete in the 3-day inshore race in Sanya.

This year, One Design racing will be held for the first time and Taiwan Corum Yachts Co, ltd will provide 10 SOTO27 sailboats for the race in Sanya. The organizing committee will provide yachts for international teams.
