Maritime patrol vessel Hai Xun 21 to set sail for Sansha

Sansha, a city established last July, administers several island groups, including Xisha and Nansha, and undersea atolls in the South China Sea.
The 93.2-meter ship, which is capable of carrying a helicopter, has a range of 4,000 nautical miles.
