Sansha signs agreements with CSIC to start energy infrastructure projects
The Sansha Municipal Government recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the CSIC (China Shipbuilding Industry Co. Ltd) in Haikou to establish a long-term cooperation between the two parties.
The China Shipbuilding Industry Co. Ltd is one of major shipbuilders manufacturing in China. Under the new agreement, infrastructure, energy and water resources projects will be built in Sansha to promote the development the marine industry in the area.
The move is aims to safeguard sovereignty and serve the country's maritime power strategy.
In addition to this, a personnel training system will be set up to provide Sanya with the technical staff necessary for the city’s development.
