Infrastructure construction well underway in Sansha
Plans have been announced to speed up infrastructure construction- which includes road constructions, water supply and drainage in the newly established city of Sansha, located in the South China Sea.
According to Luo Baoming, secretary of Hainan Province's CPC Provincial Committee, the construction work in China's youngest city is well underway. Speaking in an interview with CCTV reporter, Luo also said law enforcement will be strengthened over the South China Sea.
Luo Baoming, Secretary, Hainan CPC Provincial Committee, said, "Of course. We must do that. To safeguard our legal rights in the South China Sea, we are now coordinating between the relevant departments in order to set a more unified, and efficient law enforcing body. We are conducting this mission with the support of the State Council."
