Ramon-Sinkeldam from Team Argos-Shimano won Stage 5 of the Tour of Hainan 2012 in a time of 5 hours 09 minutes 04 seconds.
 
Overall leader Alexender-Serebryakov was beaten in the sprint phase, but he still managed to keep the yellow jersey.
 
"I am very happy with the result… My team was very very prefect in the last phase," Sinkeldam said.
 
Kevin Peeters and Joeri Stallaert made a 2-3 finish for Team Landbouwkrediet- Euphony in the stage between Chengmai and Danzhou.
 
Wang Meiyin from Team Hengxiang retained the polka dot jersey as he proved the best rider in the mountain stage. Mohammad-Saufi-Mat-Senan from Team Terngganu kept the blue jersey.
 
The 171.9km sixth stage will start from Danzhou and finish at Dongfang Thursday.
