According to the new small animals (pets) transport policy carried out by the Hainan Airlines, each passenger is allowed to travel with 2 small animals (pets) at most with maximum weight of 32kg each.
 
Passengers wishing to travel with small animals must apply at the time of ticket-booking for approval at least 24 hours prior to departure.
 
Alternatively, passengers can call the 24-hour service hotline 950718, fill out application forms and prepare appropriate pet containers and animal quarantine certificates in advance. 
 
Passengers must complete all procedures for small animals at the departure airport at least 2 hours prior to flight departure.
