Construction of the 2nd phase of Shimei Bay project is undergoing. The program, together with other supporting facilities at the first phase of Shimei Bay Resort, will turn the area into a high-end tourism zone in Hainan.

 

The total investment at the Shimei Bay Resort is 5 billion yuan. The resort will be equipped with complete facilities of luxury hotels, high-end apartments, shopping malls, an entertainment center and business streets.

 

As of now, the calculated investment on the project reached 3.865 billion yuan, accounted for 77% of the total number.

 

This year, more 1.1 billion yuan will be invested to accelerate the constructing speed. At present, supporting projects under construction include the Westin Shimei Bay Resort, yacht marina and sets of high-end villas.
