Hainan to cooperate with Crimea in tourism, agriculture, culture and banking
Crimea and China's Hainan Province will develop cooperation in the field of tourism, agriculture, culture and banking sector, the press service of the Council of Ministers reports.
The relevant agreement was reached during a meeting between the chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Anatoly Mohyliov and the delegation of Hainan Province.
"Crimea is a region of dynamic development, and we are interested in cooperation with the People's Republic of China and in establishment of friendly and economic ties. Taking into account that the Chinese economy is one of the most powerful in the world, we are very interested in attracting your investments to Crimea," Mohyliov said.
According to him, the development of tourism and agricultural sectors is the priority direction of cooperation.
In turn, vice governor of the People's Government of Hainan Province Chen Cheng said that the main purpose of visit of the Chinese delegation is a development of cooperation and exchange of experience in the tourism industry, as well as exploring the possibility of delivery of the Crimean wines to China.
In addition, he said that China is interested in development of cooperation in agriculture including livestock, as well as in the industrial and banking sectors and in the cultural sphere.
