Caught on camera: 2 Hainan teachers spotted assaulting school students
Two teachers from a middle school in Hainan have been captured abusing their students on video according to Chinasmack.com.
The Chinese citizen journalism site reported that the director of Religious and Political Education and the junior high head teacher were captured violently kicking and punching their students.
The person that had uploaded the video onto Youku.com, described the incident as a beating over a small matter.
One netizen who claims to have witnessed the incidents leading up to the beating, said that the students had been spitting on their juniors from the second floor.
Enraged by this, the juniors started shouting at their aggressors. The group of spitting students raced down to confront their juniors, but were stopped by the teachers.
They then started arguing with the teachers claiming that they were going to "apologise" to their juniors.
However, the teachers did not buy the explanation, lost their patience, and started hitting the senior students.
Another netizen said that the matter has been resolved and the teachers have apologised to the students' parents. The school has dealt with the teachers as well.
It not known on how the school has dealt with the teachers.
