On November 11th, 2020, the Sanya International Asset Trade Center officially opened.

The trade center will provide cross-border transfer services for the banks or asset management companies holding financial assets to be transferred.

This center is expected to promote the liberalization and facilitation of cross-border investment and financing under the backdrop of the Hainan Free Trade Port's policies. It will offer two services: cross-border assets transfer and tourism consumption points trade.   

Through tourism consumption points trade, different businesses in public transportation, hotel accommodation, catering and shopping, tourist attractions, as well as other fields can realize user sharing and service interaction to reduce their costs in attracting more customers.

In the next step, the trade center will actively connect domestic financial institutions and foreign capital, combine digital economy and financial technology to serve the real economy, and contribute to the construction of Hainan free trade port.
