To ensure that the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2012 can be held successfully, the Hainan government has decided to reinforce the airspace management during the annual conference according to the General Flight Rules of the People’s Republic of China.
 
The government’s circular goes like this:
 
I. Flight activities for sports, entertainment or advertisement are prohibited in Hainan airspace from 3rd Mar to 4th Apr, 2012. Suspension devices with balloons are banned as well.
 
II.Aircraft users and managers should strengthen their supervision on aircrafts.
 
III.Governments at different levels as well as other reverent departments in Hainan should enhance public education and supervision. People who go against this announcement will be punished by law.
