The reporter learns from Hainan Provincial Department of Water Service that this year Hainan will invest RMB130 Million to solve unsafe drinking water problem of 0.22 million rural population and 0.02 million school teachers and students to make rural centralized water supply popularizing rate reach up to 70%. 
 
Hainan will continue to advance the major projects construction such as Daguangba second phase, Hongling water-control project and other important projects and advance people’s livelihood water conservancy project construction.
