Recently, Langham Hotel, a European luxury hotel, signed a hotel management agreement with the Hainan subsidiary of Shanghai Zhonghuan Investment & Development Company to build first Langham Hotel in Haikou in 2014。
 
The world's first Langham Hotel was set up in London on 10th.June.1865. The Langham Hotel in Haikou will locate in the core commercial district with 240 hotel rooms. It will be built into a multifunction building, namely the Central International Plaza, along with the department stores and commercial space.
