Hainan and America Airlines to expand code-share services in 2012
Recently, Hainan Airlines and US Airways have signed an agreement of code-share services to extend routes for both carriers.
The code-share agreement will become effective the second quarter of next year.
According to the agreement, the flight codes will be carried on both operated flights. American Air’s passengers can more easily connect to other China’s cities while those traveling on Hainan Airlines flights can more readily access the United States.
Besides, the cooperation in code-share expansion will also offer passengers mileage benefits.
This development of the code-share partnership will help expand the networks of both airlines and offer passengers a more convenient selection of flights.
