Sanya Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park Co., Ltd. established

The Sanya Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park Co., Ltd. was officially established in Sanya on June 2nd, 2020.

The park was jointly funded and established by the following organizations: the Sanya Tourism and Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd., Sanya Agricultural Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Sanya HYT Tourism Investment Co., Ltd.

In the first stages of its existence, the company will focus on the procurement of high-quality foods, seafoods, and daily necessities in Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, Central and Eastern Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and other countries. Later, the company will build a 12,000-square-meter exhibition and sales center for imported goods in the city.

Mei Kaizhi, General Manager of the Sanya Tourism and Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd., said that on June 1st, 2020, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued an “overall plan” for the Construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port. The company will make use of the policies of the Hainan Free Trade Port and work to develop the cross-border e-commerce industry through optimization and integration of resources. The company will aim to utilize its industrial advantages, and aim to provide more high-quality and diversified products for Hainan residents, and facilitate the export of local tropical fruits to more overseas markets across the globe.
