Hainan requires nucleic acid tests for arrivals from 6 domestic areas
Six cities and regions in China, including Suifenhe City in Heilongjiang Province, Manzhouli City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Jieyang City in Guangdong Province, Guangzhou’s Yuexiu and Baiyun Districts, and Shenzhen’s Bao’an District, are classified as medium- and/or high-risk areas during the current epidemic control period. Individuals who have stayed in the above areas over the past 14 days must provide a health certificate verifying a negative local nucleic acid test that has been completed outside of Hainan Province no more than seven days prior to their arrival in Hainan”
All individuals coming from the abovementioned areas are required to truthfully report their travel or residence experiences before/after entering Hainan. Individuals who conceal epidemic-related information will be held accountable according to law.
Those who have been admitted to Hainan and have not completed nucleic acid tests in other provinces will be required by the municipal and prefectural headquarters where they live to complete supplementary nucleic acid testing. Expenses for nucleic acid tests will be taken on by the individuals being tested. Individuals with negative nucleic acid tests can then move about normally in Hainan.
