On August 16th, 2019, Hainan’s first high-ranking talented individuals service center opened in Sanya.

The center is located in the Government Affairs Service Center in Sanya. The facility offers a number of convenient services intended to help attract talented individuals from home and abroad, with the goal of boosting the development of the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ).

The Sanya High-ranking Talent Service Center will implement “one-stop services,” aimed at further improving public welfare and security systems and optimizing the service environment for high-level talented individuals.

The Sanya High-ranking Talented Individuals Service Center offers 16 special services for high-ranking talented individuals working in Sanya, helping them handle work and residence formalities and providing convenient conditions for medical care, family life, and children’s schooling, as well as offering work permit services to foreigners who start businesses or are employed in Sanya.
