Raffles Hainan welcomes Mr. Paul Rene Lee as the new General Manager of the leading luxury resort in Hainan. In his new role, Mr. Lee will responsible for the overall resort performance and operations.

Mr. Lee has 30 years’ experience in literally the full range of hotel & luxury resort types, operations & pre-openings, restaurant chain business expansion, hotel/resort/country club re-positioning, renovations & refurbishments & conversions. Mr. Lee had successfully completed strategy and business model refinement for two luxury resort chains, rich work experience in global locations including USA, China, Hong Kong & Macau, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.

Mr. Lee had several stints at corporate headquarters of luxury hotels and resorts, which are including Six Senses Resorts and Spas, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Banyan Tree Resorts and Spas, Capella Hotels & Resorts and Millennium Hotels and Resorts. Before joining Raffles Hainan, Mr. Lee worked at Six Senses Resorts and Spas, Bangkok as Chief Operating Officer. He is a graduate of United States of America’s Washington State University.
