Year’s 19th Tropical Storm Nalgae heads towards Hainan

The past and forecast track of this year’s 19th Tropical Storm Nalgae as of 13:00 Tursday
According to the latest forecast of Hainan Weather Station, the 19th Tropical Storm Nalgae was spotted on the northwest part of Pacific Ocean 880 as of 2:00 am Wednesday.
Local forecasters said Nelgae had winds of 18/mps near the center and is expected to move west at an average speed of 15 kph with strengthened winds.
Local weather bureau said in the next few days the entire island is likely to continue to experience mostly cloudy skies, scattered rain showers and heavy blowing winds following the current typhoon Nesat.
