The 7th Sinan Cup Regatta 2019 is to take place in Sanya and Sansha from April 18th to 26th, 2019.

The regatta will feature a series of in-shore races in Sanya and shore rally races from Sanya to Sansha. In addition to the sailing contests, a series of related events will be held during the regatta including an opening ceremony, a gala dinner and closing awards.

The regatta will be governed by the rules defined in "The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2017-2020."
