The extension of stay for foreign yachts will greatly satisfy most of the visitors, said Chen Zhifeng, the Deputy Commissioner of Haikou Customs.

He also said 4 yacht ports will be set up in Hainan in the short term with 1,100 berths, which will bring greater conveniences for all yachts.
 
At present, only 6 ports in Hainan including Xiuying Port, Sanya Port, Qinglan Port, Yangpu Port as well as Hongzhou International Yacht Wharf are allowed to deal with yacht procedures.
