Starting March 14th, Hainan Week at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow will bring the warmth and bliss of the tropical island in the South China Sea to the city of Moscow in its spring spirit. Featuring a variety of delectable Cantonese cuisine of the finest standards, Chef Tom Qin from Pearl Chinese Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya uncovers his best-kept culinary secrets during the Hainan Week in Moscow.
 
A graduate of Chinese Cooking Skills School, with over 13 years’ experience, Chef Tom invites guests to delight in the best of Cantonese cuisine. Known for the wide use of various sauces, mushrooms, seafood and vegetables, he will recreate Pearl’s signature dishes: shrimp with mustard sauce, hand-made dim sum, seafood soup, Hainan chicken, pork rib as well as fried hot chili. Chef Tom Qin will be offering his menu at Gingko restaurant March 14 through March 21.
