45 teachers & students from Bangkok come to Haikou for learning exchange
At the invitation of Youth Center of Hainan Province, a Chinese Summer Camp of Civilized District Primary School from Bangkok, Thailand with 45 teachers and students in total came to Haikou yesterday to start leaning exchange for about one week.
It is reported that after arriving in Haikou, they set up friendly school relations with Haikou Shangao Primary School upon contact. They visited Shangao Primary School on March 14 and started Chinese learning for two days and half. They will visit Crater National Geological Park in Haikou Volcano Park, Boao in Qionghai, Xinglong, South Mountain and Tianya Haijiao in Sanya afterwards.
According to report, the purpose for this activity held by the Youth Center of Hainan Province is to establish a platform of learning, exchange and mutal understanding for juveniles and children in Hainan and foreign countries and to make them feel the Chinese civilization, enhance friendship and promote cooperation. In addition, the Youth Center of Hainan Province expects to attract more foreign youths for learning and exchange in Hainan and enjoying the unique charm of natural and cultural sceneries in Hainan Province.
