4th Session of 4th People’s Congress of Hainan Province opened in Hainan Provincial People’s Great Hall on the morning of February 21.
367 representatives of 385 were present at the session on February 21, which constituted a quorum.
The session was hosted by Wei Liucheng, the Executive Chairman of Presidium and the Executive Chairman of 4th Session of 4th People’s Congress of Hainan Province. The session opened in the national anthem of the People’s Republic of China on 8:30 on February 21.
Wei Liucheng (the Executive Chairman of Presidium and the Executive Chairman of 4th Session of 4th People’s Congress of Hainan Province) ,Yu Xun,Wu Changyuan, Fu Guihua,Wang Faren,Fu Xing,Bi Zhiqiang,Kang Yaohong and Chen Guoshun were seated in the front row of the rostrum.
Liu Baoming firstly delivered a speech about government work to the session on behalf of the Hainan Provincial Government after the session opened.
