Hainan Airlines to fly B787 Dreamliner on Beijing-Sanya route from Sept 27 to Oct 8
Hainan Airlines will fly the B787 Dreamliner on the Beijing – Sanya trunk route daily from September 27 to October 8.
The temporary service marks the first time Hainan Airlines deploys the B787 to its namesake quasi-homebase on Hainan island.
Outbound HU7151 departs Beijing at 1710 to arrive in Sanya at 2050. The return HU7152 service leaves Sanya at 2155 to land back in Beijing at 0150 the following morning.
Hainan Airlines operates a total of 8 B787-8s in a two-class configuration. Clickhere for a seat map.
However, the Dreamliner is usually deployed on the carrier’s long-haul network out of Beijing, where the carrier has its actual hub.
Hainan Airlines is currently looking to serve more destinations in North America with the Dreamliner, in addition to its existing services to Chicago, Seattle and Toronto.
