On January 9th, 2014, Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort and Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa co-held “GO CREATE” workshop to launch the Pullman Guest Experience Programme. As the kick-off “GO CREATE” workshop in Great China region, the first two Pullman hotels in Sanya started together to implement this brand new programme.
The aim of this joint event is to clearly communicate to the hotel team that the transformation of “Quality & Attitude Manager” to “Guest Experience Manager” (GEM), as well as to well interpret the concept of this new programme in order to better understand the essence and fully execute according to the new standards. There’re three pillars composing “GO CREATE” workshop, including Brand Standards, Tailor Made and Care, echoing Pullman Values “Commitment, Adaptability and Creativity” respectively.
Furthermore, on the mutual agreement of the General Managers from both hotels, Mr. Arno Nicolussi Moretto and Mr. Gilles Hervieux, Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort and Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa will work closer together in the upcoming conference and training to support each other and to achieve the goal to the highest level.
The workshop started with General Managers’ speeches from both hotels, followed by a team building activity, yoga on the beach and group photo shooting. Afterwards, participants were divided into three groups, with green, red and yellow colours representing each group. The two GEMs from both hotels organised group activities to vividly convey the core value of “GO GREATE” workshop. Each team created their own GO CREATE posters, and had role play in different scenarios to illustrate how to create great guest experience.
