Wrapping up a highly successful year’s operation as part of Sanya’s luxury hospitality, The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya has celebrated its annual Customer Appreciation Week by hosting a cocktail party at Phoenix Island on October 29th.
 
A group of about 100 participants, including business partners, staff members and valued clients have been invited to the signature party.
 
A special prepared video reviewing the hotel’s achievements and milestones over the years was displayed at the opening. Mr. Michel L. Goget, the hotel’s General Manager, took the opportunity to express his sincere thanks to the media, the local community and to loyal customers for their continuous support.

During the event, an interactive activity themed with the Arts of the Craft was arranged by inviting guests to involve in the role play like chefs and waiters to share their understanding of being part of the hotel’s team members. Later, in the peace of night, all the attendees were invited to enjoy the magnificent firework display and spectacular light show in the neon-light superyacht.
 
Being part of spirit to serve local community, this year’s Customer Appreciation Week gives special attention on marine protection. The hotel will encourage its associates, guests and residents to volunteer and get involved in various ocean conservation activities to make Sanya a better place to live.
