Mr. Wieser is from Switzerland and has over 30 years’ professional experience in international five star hotels, from Europe to North America and Asia Pacific, including Kempinski, IHG, Swissotel, Hilton, Hyatt and Starwood, etc.
Before joining Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Resort & Spa, Mr. Wieser was the Executive Chef of Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan in China.
With Mr. Wieser’s excellent leadership, the F&B team will be more ambitious and energetic. While continuing to carry on the essence of worldwide tastes, Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay will inject new features and style into F&B concept and help guests to create brand new dining experience.
