According to Sanya Commodity Price Control Bureau, Sanya will enforce government-set prices for hotel rooms across Sanya during the National Day holiday.

According to the regulations, hotel room rates are not allowed to be more than 10 percent lower than the rates registered in the previous year.

For newly-opened and expanded hotels, the room rates should be at the same level as the rates in similar hotels in the same area under the scrutiny of commodity price control departments.
