According to the most recent Airlines Services Evaluation Report released by CARNOC.com, a popular civil aviation website in China, Xiamen Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Shanghai Juneyao Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines and Sichuan Airlines were voted China’s top 5 airlines with best in-flight service in the first quarter of 2013. Xiamen Airlines has topped the list for 3 consecutive quarters.
 
Xiamen Airlines also topped the evaluation of 5 in-flight services: flight attendant service, broadcast level, passenger cabin facilities, in-flight entertainment and in-flight food, living up to its reputation as China’s best airline.
 
Meanwhile, Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport was voted the 4th best airport among 36 airports in mainland China in the first quarter of 2013, according to the Airport Services Evaluation Report released by CARNOC.com.
 
The top 5 mainland airports with best service quality in the first quarter of 2013 were: Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.
