Mr. Charles Sun had been announced as Director of Food and Beverage and Mr. Derek Yap had been announced as Executive Chef for Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula Resort and Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula.
Mr. Charles Sun – Director of Food and Beverage
Charles is a seasoned hotelier with over 30 years’ experience. Prior to his current assignment, he has held senior positions with International hotel and restaurant chains such as Starwood, IHG and South Beauty. 5 years-experience in Australia had enhanced his skills in Italian and French delicacies. His footprint had also spanned to Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Xinjiang and Kunming. He aims to impress every guest with his warm and passion.
Mr. Derek Yap – Executive Chef
Singapore Nationality, Chef Derek has also worked in the hotel industry for over 30 years, in which he had visited USA, Austria and other countries to explore Western delicacies. Chef Derek owns profound knowledge of South East Asian food and worked as the Executive Chef in international chains such as Marriott, Swissotel and New World all over the world. Esteemed Chef Derek loves culinary in Singapore or China, he is willing to seek for the true gourmet food.
