Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa announces appointment of new Executive Chef

Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa recently announced the appointment of Mr. Jimmy Wang as its new Executive Chef.

Jimmy has over 18 years of culinary and kitchen management experience. Before his career with Hilton, Jimmy worked for famous Park 97 Baci Italian restaurant and M on the Bund restaurants. He served for Marriott Hotels in Shanghai and Sanya as well. Has been studying and learning Chinese, French and Italian cuisine for many years, he is a one-in-a-million chef who truly understands the food and flavors of both east and west traditions.

According to the guests flavor preference; he is good at creatively making various foods with great passion. He once served the South Korean Prime Minister and Brazilian President and got very good commendations for his top culinary skills.

His role will involve continually reviewing the menu to offer both classic dishes and new creations, while ensuring the highest standards are observed in quality and presentation. This will include supervising the highest level of service, administrative tasks and overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
