As highlight of the FHC China – The largest and longest running trade fair in China for imported food, wine, beverages and hospitality equipment, annual FHC International Culinary Arts Competition is the leading international culinary arts competition in China, 2010 International Culinary Arts Competition taking place from November 10 to 12 at Shanghai which is the 14th successful edition. This year, the competition attracted 250 chefs from China and overseas competing over the categories.
