Ctrip.com, China’s largest online travel booking company, has established travel service centers in Hong Kong and Sanya, in a bid to offer better service levels to its customers.

The travel service centers will provide shuttle buses to airports and hotels as well as consulting services on one-day travel and ticket booking.

The opening of the centers is Ctrip’s latest strategic move to speed up the integration of its online and offline resources to offer comprehensive and solid services.

This year Ctrip has rolled new travel strategies to enter the mainstream travel market and to develop its public travel businesses.
