following the Beijing-Dubai-Luanda and Beijing-Dubai-Khartourm routes

Hainan Airlines, based in south China’s Hainan Province, will open a new direct route to Cairo on Nov. 5, the company announced Friday.

Airbus A330 aircraft will operate a return flight every Wednesday and Friday. A one-way economic ticket costs at least 3,200 yuan.

The route is the company’s third to Africa after the Beijing-Dubai-Luanda and Beijing-Dubai-Khartourm routes.

Hainan Airlines operates more than 500 domestic and international routes, covering more than 90 cities.
