HNA Group to expand business with CNY50 billion in Chongqing
HNA Group, the holding company of Hainan Airlines, has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Chongqing municipal government to invest up to CNY50 billion to expand business in the city over the next three to five years.
The two parties have agreed to cooperate in sectors such as air transport, modern logistics, tourism development, financial services, and property development.
In recent years, HNA Group has been expanding its presence in Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai. The latest move marks its entry into the country’s southwest area.
