Hainan Provincial Tourism Development Commission and HNA Group have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Hainan to promote the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island.

Taking advantages of the commission’s policy guidance and HNA Group’s resources, two sides will together speed up the construction of Hainan’s tourism infrastructure and tourism public services, develop and innovate featured tourism products, enhance publicity and promotion on Hainan International Tourism Island, improve tourism service quality and tourist satisfaction, and create an international-level tourism industry with Hainan characteristics.

As first step of the strategic cooperation between two sides, the Information Center of the commission and Hainan Yijian Technology, a subsidiary of HNA Group, have signed an agreement on the establishment of a professional information technological company to undertake the tourism information construction and operation service to build a sound tourism information service platform.

The collaboration of the two sides will promote the fusion of information technology and tourism industry to impel the development of the industry.
