Statistics issued by Hainan Commodity Price Bureau shows the average room rate of 196 hotels in Sanya will reach 1,490 yuan (230 U.S. dollars) a day during the National day holiday which lasts from Oct. 1 to 7 this year, climbing 9.3% from the year earlier.
