There are over 10,000 coconut trees on the island, from which the island takes its name. It is one of Hainan’s most pristine natural islands.

The Flower Garden features a variety of species, namely: hemerocallis, marigold, gomphrena globosa, lavender, and roselle, as well as other aromatic plants.
 
Flowers in full bloom can be seen between February and March. From perfect coreopsis to dazzling lavender, there is much to see here for visitors.
 
5. Haitang Bay Wanda International Cinema 海棠湾万达影城
 
 
It is the first IMAX cinema in Sanya and also the first movie theater established at the newly-formed high-end resort hotel cluster since it began trial operation in February 2011.
 
Covering a floor area of over 4,700 sqm, the cinema has 7 large-scale halls including 1 IMAX screen, 3 super-luxury halls, 2 special halls and 1 luxury VIP lounge which can accommodate up to nearly 1,000 people viewing their favorite movies.
