The region of Luhuitou Peninsula in Sanya will become an attractive area for tourists as a new project has recently been approved by local authorities to build it into a high-end coastal tourism holiday resort.
Facing the Luhuitou Bay on its west and Xiaodonghai on the other side, Luhuitou Peninsula is located in a relatively separated place and boasts abundant of natural landscapes.
The project site covers 477.5 hectares, consisting of four zones, which are tourism and holiday property, leisure and rehabilitation, high-end sports and public facilities respectively.
According to the plan, residents resettlement of Luhuitou Village, one of the problems needs to be improved in the region, will be properly solved when the project is done.
