The Hainan provincial tourism authority is gearing up to conduct a tourist satisfaction survey in the second quarter of 2013 (period between April and July) in 18 cities and counties.
The survey is to give feedback and reference tools used by local tourism authorities by knowing the tourists views on the province’s polices and the maintenance efforts on the tourism facilities and services.
The study covers urban construction and management, tourism public services, tourist sectors, tourist-related sectors and tourist experience.
The study will be conducted at scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, bus stations, ports and airports. The 18 cities and counties include the national key tourist cities and pilot cities for standardization of tourist services
