Located near the former Honggang Market, the seafood square is over 2,600 square meters in size, making it one of the biggest seafood squares in the city and also has good sea view.

 

The square has 110 stalls selling seafood and 35 restaurants that will cook the seafood for you for a small fee per dish. Each stall-sized restaurant can seat 70 diners, which makes it a super large seafood dining area that can accommodate over 2,000 people at once.

 

 

 

Diners can either pick ingredients there or buy them beforehand and have them cooked — usually fried, steamed, grilled, boiled or barbecued — for a small fee.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The environment at Lao Yu Gang Seafood Square is best for outdoor dining.
